Non-Western Christianity

What do you think of when you think of a “Christian”? Blond hair and fair complexion? If so, welcome to the 21st century where the majority of Christians are outside the West–and this trend shows no sign of reversal.

But, then again, Christianity has always been a non-Western faith. Not only are the initial roots of Christianity outside of the West, the subsequent roots are by no means only Western.
